Blogs Organizer

Written by: admin (0) comments so far... What's your take?

As most webmasters know, blogs are a great way to get traffic and make money. Why? Well, they are great when it comes to picking up search engine traffic and also good when it comes to link trades and pings. More and more webmasters are also using blogs to announce their latest updates. One of the tools I have been hearing a lot about lately is called Blogs Organizer. A lot of webmasters I know use it, including myself, and we all have nothing but good things to say about it.

While ironically the Blogs Organizer site is not all that well organized, it does give a good idea of what Blogs Organizer can do. What can it do? Almost anything blog related. You can create blogs with it, create blog networks, create self-updating blogs that use RSS feeds, organize and work with hundreds of blogs from one location, schedule your custom blogs so that you can set them and forget them, ping your blogs to search engines and blog listing sites, and do hard link exchanges. Judging from what I have heard from other webmasters and what I have seen myself, Blogs Organizer can help you run a couple blogs or a full-on blog empire.

Let’s take a look at the features. First off, there is a WYSIWYG editor that includes a pic uploader. Each entry and have its own page title (good for SEO), you can autopopulate your blogs from sponsor RSS feeds, and it can also work with Wordpress. You can also automatically make certain words always link to particular url’s. You can also create Google sitemaps using Blogs Organizer.

I found several demo videos on the site, which gave me a much better idea of what the software can do and how to do it. While admittedly the guy speaking, Kaktusan, has a distracting accent, the videos are very thorough, more like tutorials than a demo. The first video gives you a guided tour of the entire admin interface and what everything is. The second video shows exactly how to make your first blog, the third video shows how to work with RSS feeds and the last one shows how to work with remote blog programs.

The price is very reasonable and if you are like me - technically challenged - the price includes free installation. It includes instant download for those who can install it themselves, and Blogs Organizer also comes with a 30 day money-back guarantee. And for those with their own affiliate programs, for just over $200 you can get Blogs Organizer with affiliate module, so that your affiliates can link to the blogs and their I.D. can be passed through all your blogs. It also sets a cookie so your affiliates can get credit for their return traffic.

After spending some time checking out Blogs Organizer, I am very impressed. It is obvious what a great tool it is for bloggers - or even for non-bloggers who want to create blogs from sponsor provided RSS feeds. I also think the demos mean a far smaller learning curve - always a plus. The one thing I did not see on the site was whether Blogs Organizer can be used on a virtual host or whether it should be used on a dedicated server, but there is a contact link on the site for questions and comments. The bottom line - whether you want to create your first blog or run a blog network, Blogs Organizer is definitely worth out.
