So am I the only one totally sucked into the Olympics? I had planned on getting things all updated and between the Olympics, projects going sideways, heading up north for a concert, and overall burn out caused by horrible sales last month, I have been slacking hard. I apologize to my readers for not being able to keep Blast Report updated for a while. Things seem to be getting back to normal around here and I plan on having the site 100% up to date by the end of today. This time I mean it!! 

For those of you who contacted me with questions and comments, I will get back to you today as well.

Anyone who knows me knows that I occasionally go through a "dry spell" where I just don’t feel like working. I guess that is why I quit working in an office and opened my own "shop" here at home. One of the best things about being your own boss is being able to come and go when you please.

Anyway, like I said, today is the day I get everything updated and go back to my normal routine of daily updates. Oh and btw, the concert I went to was Rock The Bells in San Francisco. It ROCKED!!!!

I don’t know about you, but for me, during the summer it can be pretty difficult for me to sit in my office all day and work when it’s nice and sunny outside and everyone’s out partying. I live in S. California and it’s been really hot outside lately. Perfect weather for doing anything other than work

So after having taken a few days off just to chill, I am back on the ball and looking to get some work done. I think it’s time for me to get things moving forward again with my tube site. I have been trying to find someone that can design templates for me but the search has been a little more difficult than anticipated. If all goes well, I think I can have it up and running in 10 days or so.

I have not been able to keep things up to date for the last few days due to being sick. I am much better now and things are back to normal. I’ll have everything updated here shortly.

For those that are waiting for more free blogs, the team I have working on Pride Blogger, I am calling them "The A-Team" because they have asked me not to mention who they are have made real progress. I am hoping to have it up and running by the 16th of this month. It’s turned out to be much more work than anticipated. But will definitely be well worth it!

Well it looks like I tried to bite of a little more than I can chew. In an attempt to launch a new blog network, a small tube site network, a handful of new tgp’s, a review site, a free blog host and get a bunch of interviews done for Blast Report, I’ve had everything pretty much go sideways on me. It’s time for me to get back on track!

I have put all projects on hold except for the free blog host (prideblogger.com) as well as the interviews I am doing for Blast Report.

Prideblogger has a new project manager and this time it’s going to be done right. My 1st attempt at getting it up and running failed due to lack of experience with the script. That won’t be happening again. My new tech has already made more progress in 1 day than my other guy did in a week. I am hoping that by this Monday, I’ll have the site up and running. Keep your fingers crossed!

As far as the interviews go. I had a questionnaire that I had planned on using but now that I have so many different people to interview, not all the questions are appropriate. So I have decided to rewrite the questions based on what the person being interviewed does specifically. It’s taking a bit longer but will be worth in the end. The interviews should be much better reading.

I will also try and post an update to my current blog traffic as many of you have been requesting it. If there is anything else you’d like to see, leave a comment and I’ll see what I can do.

Wow! This weeks sales are the worst I have seen in quite some time. I don’t know if it is because of the “summer slowdown”, maybe the conversion gods are upset with me for posting my stats, who knows. But if things don’t pick up over this weekend, I may not even make $900 for the week. In order to combat this issue, I will dropping a few hundred new galleries into my tgp’s databases as well as having my blog writer step things up a notch.

I know we all go through up’s and down’s when it comes to converting sales, but for me this has been an unusually bad week. I cannot remember the last time I made less than $1000 for an entire week. Traffic is about normal so I am not panicking……yet.

I will post an update Monday morning and let everyone know how the week panned out.
